Bram Devein is a vampire student who transferred from Belfry Prep to Monster High and is in a relationship with Gory Fangtell.
Bram Devein is a 2011-introduced and cartoon-only character. He is a vampire and a student at Monster High. He used to attend Belfry Prep before the school merged with Monster High and though the transition wasn't easy, no one would consider him and his fellow vampires not a part of the school these days. At Belfry Prep, Bram was a highly influential student and he continues to be so at Monster High. He is in a stable relationship with Gory Fangtell.

Character
Bram Devein features pale skin, blond hair, and vampire attire, with a prideful and initially manipulative personality.
Bram has blond hair (which is most likely bleached judging by his dark eyebrows), red eyes, and very pale skin. He wears a red shirt/jacket and a black and red tie like the other vampires from Belfry Prep.
He is a very prideful vampire, and like Gory Fangtell was a bit manipulative to Draculaura (G1). Thought out most of his appearance in "Fright On!", he dislikes werewolves and has zombies serve him like what Gory does. By the end of the movie he's willing to come together in the end, he's at least somewhat nicer now.
- Bat Transformation: Vampires can transform into bats at will.
- Sucking: Vampires can suck out blood though their fangs. It's also implied that vampires can turn humans into vampires as well.
- Hanging: Vampires can hang from any ceiling no matter what material it is made of. He has been shown to do this in "Fright On!" when he and Gory are observing Draculaura (G1) when she's sad and crying because she thinks Clawdeen wants to join "Were Pride".
- Immortality: Like all vampires he is immortal.

Bram Devein is dating Gory Fangtell, with friends likely from the vampire community at Belfry Prep.
